Hello, I am located in Brooklyn, NY, and am curious about installing a small classic hot tub in my backyard. I only have normal doorways leading to that space, and wonder if the tubs are ever sent partially assembled?

I am less interested in the Oval Japanese Soaking Tub, but thought I would ask about the pass through space for this tub.

David, The classic tub comes normally as a kit, and you assemble it.  Thus you can move the individual pieces into the room where you want it, and then assemble it there.  The parts will pass through the narrowest of doors. On the other hand the oval Ofuro tub comes assembled and has to be carried through a door.  If turned on its side, you would need a 32 inch wide door to get it through.
