Free shipping offer is valid on Hot Tubs and Ofuro Tubs  The free shipping applies to depot delivery only.  This means the tub will be shipped to the nearest local carrier depot.  From here you will be contacted to arrange final local delivery.  Customers should be aware that local delivery services and charges will very depending on the distance and the type of services select  i.e. tail gate and or weekend delivery options.    Local delivery is the responsibility of the customer as they can select any carrier they wish.

If you selected residential delivery service on your 'quote request'  form,  we will arrange curb side delivery with tail gate option (where available). 

NOTE: Residential delivery option may not be available to all location such as cottages and remote locations, as such the customer should arrange for final delivery beyond the depot.
