This heater is a compact, self-contained unit with an output of 125,000 BTU's. With a thermal efficiency rating of 82%, the MasterTemp 125 is the most efficient heater in it's class. This high efficiency rating keeps operating cost low by directing more of the heat it produces into your pool or hot tub instead of the outside air. Recommended for heating up to 15,000 Gallon pool or hot tubs.

Pentair has solved the two biggest killers of pool heaters: Corrosion and Scale.

1. Bronze Header System: Unlike cheaper heaters that use cast iron (which rusts) or plastic (which can warp), this unit features a rugged Bronze Header. This ensures maximum life expectancy even in harsh chemical environments.

2. Thermostatic Bypass Valve: This patented internal valve controls water flow to prevent condensation inside the combustion chamber. By stopping condensation, it prevents "Calcium Scaling" and corrosion from eating the heater from the inside out.
