What are the reward programs?

* Note payment is in CAD funds and will be converted to USD at the current exchange rate based on the day the payment is made.
Program 1: Refer a friend or family member

Simply send us an email regarding some one you know that is interested in buying a hot tub or sauna because of your positive reference.

We will enter this lead into our database. When that customer purchases and pays in full for their hot tub, we will send you $1000* via a cheque or E-transfer. For customers purchasing an Ofuro Hot Tub, Package Special or Chiller Tub we will send you $500*.

Don’t stop with just $1000 dollars, you can refer as many people as you want! We have one customer that is now over $11,000 in referral rewards. Now that is one happy customer!

PROGRAM 2: WARRANTY UPGRADE

This program for our happy customers is a no-brainer! Simply send us a few nice photos of your completed project and give us a Google Review.

Alternatively, we would love to hear from you with your own video review. Once submitted, we will switch your warranty to premium – giving you a full 5-year warranty on everything.

We always want to hear from our customers – whether you have feedback we can learn from, or to share that you’re happy with your new cedar hot tub.

Frequently Asked

Q: Do I need to own a hot tub or sauna?

A: No you don’t, you might have had a chance to enjoy one of our tubs/saunas that a friend owns. If you are happy help spread the word, and get paid doing so.

Q: How long does it take to get paid?

A: When the tub is shipped and paid in full that is when we pay you. Our average production to shipping lead time is about 4 weeks.

Q: Can I take part in both the Refer a Friend & Warranty Upgrade Program?

A: Absolutely! There is nothing more important to us than happy customers. Helping us promote our company deserve these rewards.

Q: What if my friend has already bought or is about to buy? Can I enter the program?

A: Sorry, the “Refer a Friend” requires that the customer is new to us. It needs to be a customer that you have brought/referred that we might not have had with out your help.

As such, it is important to let us know in advance that you are referring “Customer Name” to us. We then enter the name in our system, as well as your name and contact. If you wish, you can certainly contact us to see if they have purchased their wooden hot tub or barrel sauana yet.

Q: How many people can I refer?

A: There is no limit! Happy customers are our best salespeople – so go crazy and spread the word!
