PN 55624 is the most reliable heater tube assembly used in Balboa's line of spa packs. This unit comes complete with sensors. The externral heater tube is stainless steel and is 2" dia x 15" long. The Titanium Heater Element produces 5.5 kW at 240 V and 1.375 kW at 120V. 2" slip tail pieces, gaskets and split ring nuts are supplied. Comes with 1 year warranty.

If you use a Salt Water Bromine/Chlorine Generator or simply struggle with aggressive water chemistry, a standard heater element won't last. You need Titanium.

The Balboa G7530 (formerly PN 55624) is the premium, heavy-duty version of the standard Balboa M7 heater. Instead of standard Incoloy, the heating element is crafted from 100% Pure Titanium, making it virtually immune to corrosion, pitting, and chemical decay.
