Chlor-Aid is a Stabilized Dichlor formula. This means it serves two purposes:

1. Sanitizes: Kills bacteria, algae, and viruses instantly on contact.

2. Protects: Contains built-in "Stabilizer" (Cyanuric Acid) that acts like sunscreen for your chlorine. This prevents the sun's UV rays from burning off the sanitizer, making it perfect for Outdoor Acrylic Spas.

Do NOT use this product in Wooden Hot Tubs.

Chlorine is chemically aggressive toward natural wood fibers (lignin). Using chlorine in a Cedar or Teak tub will cause the wood to bleach, become "fuzzy" (pulping), and eventually rot prematurely.

• For Wood Tubs: Please use [Bromine Granules] instead.

• For Acrylic/Fiberglass Tubs: Chlor-Aid is 100% safe and highly recommended.

Directions for Use

1. Daily Maintenance:

• Add 10-20g (approx. 1 tablespoon) per 1,000 Liters of water daily, or as needed to maintain a chlorine reading of 3.0 - 5.0 ppm.

2. After Heavy Use (Super-Chlorinate):

• After a party or heavy usage, add a double dose (Shock) to burn off contaminants. Keep the cover off for 20 minutes to allow the "gases" to escape.

3. Application:

• Turn on the jets.

• Sprinkle the granules gently over the surface of the water.

• Wait 15 minutes before entering.
